The Breeze platform

AI agents for
Indian service SMBs.

Indian doctors, salons, CAs, coaching centres, and restaurants spend ₹8,000 to ₹25,000 a month renting attention from JustDial, IndiaMart, and Practo. Breeze is building the AI agent platform that replaces that arrangement, surface by surface — starting with the part of every business that should never have been rented in the first place: the website.

The thesis

The next ten years of SMB software in India is not "another dashboard." It is a small set of agents working on WhatsApp.

Indian service businesses are not under-served because they lack software. They are under-served because every existing software stack assumes the owner will sit at a laptop, learn a dashboard, click through wizards, and operate the business through a web app. That assumption is wrong for the 50 to 100 million Indian SMBs whose entire operating surface is already a phone, already WhatsApp, already a four-line description of what they do.

Breeze is the first platform in India built around that surface — not as an add-on, not as a "WhatsApp integration", but as the primary management UI. The agents do the work. The owner messages. The website, the lead funnel, the content, the calendar — all of it operated through a chat thread the owner already opens forty times a day.

The agents

Four agents. One is live. Three are sequenced.

Each agent has a specific job, runs autonomously where it can, and falls back to the owner via WhatsApp where it can't. None of them ask the owner to learn new software.

The website agent

Builds and maintains the customer's website.

  • Generates a complete, mobile-fast, SSR-rendered site at the customer's own domain in 10–30 minutes from a prompt or Google Business Profile link.
  • Ships JSON-LD schema, OG metadata, sitemap, and an llms.txt manifest by default — so AI search engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude) can cite the business.
  • Receives WhatsApp edit instructions in English, Hindi, or Hinglish ("naya service add karo — root canal, ₹4,500") and applies them to the site.
  • Maintains hreflang for Hindi/English, vertical-specific schema (MedicalBusiness, HealthAndBeautyBusiness, ProfessionalService, FoodEstablishment), and ongoing AEO updates.

Replaces: JustDial / IndiaMart / Practo listings, GoDaddy + WordPress, agency-built static brochure sites.

The leads agent

Replies to inbound on the owner's behalf, qualifies, hands warm leads back.

  • Reads incoming WhatsApp messages from the customer's website lead form or directory inbound, identifies intent, and drafts a first reply in the owner's tone.
  • Asks the qualifying questions the owner would have asked (location, urgency, fee comfort, timing) and books a call or appointment when the inquiry is real.
  • Marks bot / spam / off-topic inbound and silently archives it. The owner sees only filtered, qualified threads.
  • Falls back to the owner inside the same WhatsApp thread the moment the agent is uncertain — no separate "human handoff" UI.

Replaces: the receptionist, the front-desk filter, the "let me get back to you" delay that costs SMBs an estimated 30–60% of inbound conversion.

Q4 2026

The content agent

Writes new pages as the business grows. Keeps the site indexable.

  • Watches the WhatsApp thread for changes the owner mentions in passing — new service, new branch, new specialist, new price — and proposes draft pages for each.
  • Generates area-served pages, FAQ pages, and vernacular variants that compound the customer's organic + AEO footprint.
  • Validates schema, checks Hindi/English coverage, runs a small brand-voice check before proposing any new copy.
  • Owner approves with a single WhatsApp "yes." Site updates within seconds.

Replaces: the "I'll update the website next month" cycle that turns a Breeze site into stale content within a year.

Q1 2027

The booking agent

Handles appointments, reminders, and reschedules.

  • Owns the calendar surface for verticals where booking matters (clinics, salons, coaching centres, professional firms).
  • Confirms and books appointments inside the same WhatsApp thread the lead came in on.
  • Sends reminders, handles no-show recovery, manages the waitlist, and reschedules without the owner touching software.
  • Does not collect payments — payments remain owner-collected, in-clinic or via existing payment methods, until the L-09 ecommerce gate is reviewed at $100K USD ARR.

Why agents, not apps

Five reasons we did not build another dashboard.

  1. 01

The dashboard is the failure mode.

Every Indian SMB SaaS product that has tried to win this segment has failed at the same step: the owner does not log in twice. The agent surface is the owner's already-open WhatsApp. There is no "log in".

  2. 02

WhatsApp is the only universal Indian B2B surface.

Tier-1 / Tier-2 / Tier-3 service SMBs have one thing in common — WhatsApp Business is open all day. Email is not. Native apps are not. SMS is not. Agents that live in this thread are agents the owner will actually use.

  3. 03

One agent at a time, in sequence, is honest engineering.

We are sceptical of "platforms" launched with five agents none of which work well. We ship the website agent first, run it in production for a year against real Indian SMB usage, and add agent #2 only when #1 is unambiguously working.

  4. 04

Hindi is not localisation. It is the language.

Half of every agent's input is Hindi or Hinglish. Devanagari is not a translation pass; it is a primary modality. Every agent on this platform handles "naya service add karo" the same way it handles "add a new service".

  5. 05

The agent platform is the moat. The website is the wedge.

The website agent gets us to ten thousand customers. The leads, content, and booking agents are why the customers stay. Each agent compounds the next: a customer who runs their site, leads, content, and calendar through one WhatsApp thread is structurally not churnable to a website-builder competitor.

Where the platform runs

Five service verticals at launch. India-only through the $100K ARR gate.

Verticals are not separate products — they are vertical-specific schema, copy, and templates running on the same agent platform. We add a vertical when the inbound makes the vertical-specific work obvious, not before.

Doctors and clinics

76K–101K JustDial campaigns + Practo refugees. Schema: MedicalBusiness. Live since launch.

Salons and beauty parlours

63K–82K JustDial beauty campaigns. Schema: HealthAndBeautyBusiness. Live since launch.

Professional services May 2026

32K–50K JustDial campaigns + 32K–43K IndiaMart paying suppliers. CAs, lawyers, consultants, recruiters, architects. Schema: ProfessionalService.

Coaching and tuition May 2026

Course catalogue, batch timings, results, fee structure. Schema: EducationalOrganization.

Restaurants June 2026

Menu, hours, direct WhatsApp ordering. Schema: FoodEstablishment. Replaces ~20% Zomato commission for direct customers.

For investors, press, and corp-dev

If you cover Indian SMB software, AI-for-SMB, or vernacular consumer infrastructure — Breeze is worth a thirty-minute conversation.

The website agent is live. The customer side of the platform is at breeze.io. The product is generating revenue. The roadmap is honest about what is sequenced and when. We are early, deliberately small, and willing to do this conversation by WhatsApp before any deck.
